SERVICE POLICY
Service Hours
Our regular time service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., not including holidays. Emergency service is available 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, at Double Time Rates.
Unless other arrangements are made, calls placed after 11:00 a.m. will be scheduled for the following day.
Rates
Regular Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. One and one half-hour minimum, plus vehicle service charge, parts and
applicable sales tax. If a service technician begins the service call before 4:30 p.m. and his time runs over, it will be charged at regular time
rates.
Double Time: After Normal Office Hours, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Our double time rate is applied. Two-hour minimum, plus vehicle
service charge, parts and applicable sales tax.
Vehicle Service Charge
We charge a one time vehicle service charge per service call. A continued service call is exempt from an additional vehicle service charge.
Continued Service
A service call is place on continued service only when a part is not available from the service vehicle. The return trip will be charged a
minimum service call plus parts and applicable sales tax. No vehicle service charge will apply.
Obsolete Products
The production of certain products may have been discontinued by the manufacturer making it nearly impossible to secure their OEM
replacement part. If such parts are required and unobtainable, only minimum time and zone charge will apply.
Warranty
Labor: 30 days. Parts: 90 days.
Warranties do not include any emergency, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays service labor. Equipment installed by Automatic-Access, Inc.
carries a minimum 90 day warranty, during regular business hours only. If after hour warranty work is required, only labor, at double time
rates, and a vehicle service charge would be charged. Defective parts installed by Automatic-Access, Inc. would remain a no charge
warranty item.

24-hour emergency service available. Terms are Net 30 days after a credit application is submitted and approved otherwise COD. Prices are
